I was not feeling myself for a long time. Urszula helped me to understand that I can change things if I want to. I was shocked how easy it was to apply the new knowledge and skills. It made a sense to me. I'm feeling much better now.
After I didn't pass my A-level, I could resit it, but if I didn't pass it once...what was the point? I felt so hopeless that I couldn't make myself to concentrate on reviewing the materials. Everybody was so helpful but nothing worked with me. Urszula talked to me with full understanding. I felt valued. When I understood my worries, I was able to resit my tests and I PASSED.
It is so empowering to know how much control I can have...
My child was so anxious, that every morning we had a battle to go to school. After few sessions with Urszula, our mornings are much better. I know what to do to support my child, what words to use and how to use them to have a better response.
My life changed..."

I was worried about my 5 year old son, who was constantly not listening to me. It drove me crazy on many occasions. I contacted various institutions... but it was not serious enough for them. I was unsettled and I needed some answers. Luckily, I was recommended Urszula, who listen and understood my concerns. She gave me some techniques, which helped me to manage the difficult situations better, and improved my son response. I'm much calmer, because I understand myself and my son better. Thank you Urszula."
I really enjoyed the neuroscience bit when Urszula explained the connection between our brains and the way we behave. She was passionate and confident which made me think...It was that 'Light bulb moment', when I finally understood why I was so unsuccessful in my approach."
Urszula delivered three hour-long sessions to Year 5. In these sessions, the children were introduced to the science of growth mindset in an interesting and hands-on way. Urszula uses exciting and innovative props to engage the children, not only by demonstrating the neurology of how our brain 'strengthens' when we tackle harder tasks, but also by explaining how we can help ourselves to overcome barriers to learning in a positive and rewarding way. The children really enjoyed the interactivity of the sessions and more importantly can now use and explain both the language and symbols of Growth Mindset learning - such as 'The Power of Thinking' and the image of the rainbow umbrella - in the classroom. I would definitely recommend these sessions to other schools."
